Our pricing is easy to understand (no nasty surprises here!) and explained in full on our booking page and here

The following steps may involve duplicate entering of your personal information. Please know that this information is required by law. 

​

Just so you know we handle all personal information we receive from you in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act). 
​

For New Clients Only: (Action Required)
As part of the ATO’s commitment to reducing Identity Theft, we require a 100 points ID check through a Gateway Service Provider (Info Track Pty Ltd)
for all new clients.

This check is only required once, and for new clients only. 

Booking a Meeting

Step 1 - Are You Ready To Book?

 

Before booking your appointment, lets confirm that you are ready.
 

- Are you waiting on Notice Of Intent To Claim, Medicare Entitlement Statements or Income Statements?

- Have you allowed enough time prior to your appointment to prepare your documents & information?

 

- Aware that payment is required at the time of making your booking.

Step 2 - Appointment Types & What Is Required Prior To Your Appointment.

Individual / Employee Appointments:
This appointment process is an allocated 30 minute timeslot chosen at the time of booking.

The booking process involves a basic checklist to secure your appointment. We do highly recommend you complete the "voluntary checklist" below to get the most out of your tax return appointment

Investors & Rental Appointments:

This booking process begins as a “Start My Work” booking. As part of this step, you may choose an optional free 10-minute consultation to discuss any questions about what is required to complete your

tax return.

Once we have received all information from you, including the Rental Checklist below, we will send you an SMS booking link to schedule a 20 minute appointment with your accountant.

Following this final appointment, your tax return will be uploaded to your client portal, where you can review and sign.

Which checklist do you complete?
If you have employment income only, we have a built in basic checklist built into the booking portal for those that want a simple, fast booking process.
Or for those that want to maximise their appointment time, we have an Individual checklist below that will be worth completing prior to your appointment

If you have a Rental Property and employment income please complete both checklists.

If you trade though an ABN as a Sole Trader and have employment income also complete both checklists.

 

If you have booked a Tax Consultation or Tax Planning session, please complete the "Consultation Notes" prior to your appointment

Filling Out a Form

Once you have booked your appointment, Please review the following:

Please review the checklist below before your appointment:
 

Timezone Confirmation – Is your booking in the correct timezone?
 

Required Documents – Have you uploaded all receipts over $300.00, Income & Expenses Summary, invoices, and other important documents required?
 

Sole Traders – Have you uploaded an Income & Expenses summary for your business? This information is included in the booking confirmation at the time of booking

Rental Properties – Have you uploaded all rental statements, utilities, and an Income & Expenses summary for each property? See checklist in step 2 and email received at the time of booking
 

Shares & Investments – Have you uploaded statements, dividends, and any buy/sell information? This information is included in the booking confirmation at the time of booking
 

Superannuation & Personal Contributions – Have you uploaded Notice of Intent to Claim or other
relevant contribution statements?

 

New Clients – Have you uploaded a copy of last year’s tax return and contacted the office to
arrange your ID Check?

 

Other Income – Have you provided information on interest, government payments, or other income?

Software - If you have software such as MYOB, Xero etc, have you linked us to your account or
provided income statement?
