Terms & Conditions

Provision of Information

We do not commence preparation of your tax return until all required documents, checklists, and information

has been received in full.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted via the client portal is complete, accurate,

and provided no later than 72 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.

​

If all documents are not received in this time frame, your appointment will be rescheduled.

After two (2) rescheduled appointments, the booking will be cancelled.

 

Pre-Appointment Requirements

Prior to booking an appointment, clients must confirm they are not awaiting any of the following:

  • Notice of Intent to Claim a deduction for personal superannuation contributions

  • Medicare Entitlement Statement

  • Any other documents required to finalise their tax position

  • Income statements 

Outstanding or Incomplete Information Fees

 

Where required information is incomplete or outstanding, the following fees may apply:

  • Not Tax Ready: $25.00

  • Waiting on Medicare Entitlement Statement: $55.00

  • Waiting on Notice of Intent to Claim: $55.00

  • Additional Bookkeeping: from $55.00

  • Extension Fee: $55.00

  • Payment Plan Setup: $55.00 – $110.00

Any changes requested after the client has reviewed their tax return, including last-minute amendments,

will incur an additional fee of $55.00.

 

Document Submission Timeframes

All required information must be received a minimum of 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Where all required information is not received within this timeframe, the appointment will be rescheduled.

After two (2) rescheduled appointments, the booking will be cancelled.

 

Fees and Payment

Payment of the base appointment fee is required prior to the appointment.

Any additional fees identified during or after the appointment including but not limited to shares,

rental properties, bookkeeping, extensions, or additional work required will be applied

and payable at the conclusion of the appointment

Cancelled Appointed Refunds:
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of booking, you will receive your full refund. 

All appointments cancelled after this time including rescheduled appointment limits, no refund is given.
