Provision of Information:

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted via the client portal is complete, accurate,
and provided at your earliest convenience.

Pre-Appointment Requirements
Prior to booking an appointment, clients must confirm they are not awaiting any of the following:

Notice of Intent to Claim a deduction for personal superannuation contributions
-
Medicare Entitlement Statement
-
Any other documents required to finalise their tax position

Income statements
Outstanding or Incomplete Information Fees

Where required information is incomplete or outstanding, the following fees may apply:

Not Tax Ready: $25.00
-
Waiting on Medicare Entitlement Statement: $55.00
-
Waiting on Notice of Intent to Claim: $55.00
-
Additional Bookkeeping: from $80.00 (non GST registered)
-
Extension Fee: $55.00
-
Payment Plan Setup: $55.00 – $110.00
Any changes requested after the client has reviewed their tax return, including last-minute amendments,
will incur an additional fee of $55.00.
Booking And Document Preparation
For ABN Holders, Investors and Rental Appointments, following your first initial appointment you will be
advised of all information required before we can start preparing for your final appointment.
We do not start preparing your Tax Return until ALL documents have been received. Upon receiving all the
information we will begin preparation and will send you a direct booking link to book in your final
appointment before uploading the return to your client portal for review.
Fees and Payment
Payment of the base appointment fee is required prior to the appointment.
Any additional fees identified during or after the appointment including but not limited to shares,
rental properties, bookkeeping, extensions, or additional work required will be applied
and payable at the conclusion of the appointment

Cancelled Appointment Refunds:
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of booking, you will receive your full refund
(* For New Clients that required an ID Check, the ID Check Fee of $35.00 will not be refundable)
All appointments cancelled after this time including rescheduled appointment limits, no refund is given.
Fee From Refund Appointments
If we are unable to contact you during your scheduled appointment time,
a non-refundable fee of $49.00 will apply for that appointment. After this, you will need to contact
the office to arrange a new booking.
